We always strive to get finished artworks from our customers to make the process as fast as possible. You can always download the templates that apply to each product and insert the logo yourself into the template. We will then return with a PDF where we have adjusted your artwork if needed to fit the printing method and process. This proof is important that you approve or comment as soon as possible. We can and will not start any production until we have your approval of the proof.

In we get a non printable artwork from you, all cost will be charged to you as a client.
