When you want that little extra, you can print something called “hot print” or “foil print” on your products. It is often shiny colors such as gold or silver, but it is possible to get in many other colors as well, both shiny and matte. A product with your brand/logo hot foil printed provides an exclusive and qualitative impression.

To hot foil print your bag means that a metallized foil is "burned" under high pressure and through a metal cliché into the surface. The foil is clearly visible on both matte and shiny surfaces, and you can combine hot print with, for example, embossing or debossing. This makes the text “pop out” even more.

Unfortunately, the film has its limitations in lowercase letters (the limit is approximately font size 7-8 depending on the selected font) and details may be problematic to print. Also surfaces that are not flat are difficult to print. For example, it is not possible to print Grosgrain satin ribbon with hotprint. Make sure you choose a supplier with knowledge and experience.
