Normal ink coverage is 0-40%. This is based upon the surface coved by ink and has very little to do with the actual design.

Next step normally is 40-100%. It is slightly more expensive, but means that we can print the entire bag with color. For example, if the bag is completely black with a white logo, then it is calculated as 100% color coverage.
