A PDF proof is always made for each order the first time. A PDF proof is to ensure all parties have understood each other. On the proof you can read and find all details that will be performed by the factory as we have understood your order. The proof is the most important document and from this document we do the printing.

You will see information regarding:
Size - Inks - Location - Spelling - Logotype - Design, etc.

We always strive to send the proof to you for approval within one to two business days. All proofs are digital and therefore, what you see on the screen is not 100% color optimized. Always check that the correct color number is specified. (PMS number)

After checking that everything is correct and the document is signed, your order will be sent to production. Don’t sign unless 100% understood!
